We'll arrive early, enough time for photos and preparation.
How much deposit do I need to pay?We require a £25 deposit per booking.
When is the balance due?The balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding.
How long do we have the car for?The standard hire is for up to 4 hours (this time will commence on departure from and arrival back at our storage facility). Extra hours can be arranged for an extra charge.
Do you have discounts for weekday and out of season events?Yes we do offer discounted rates for Mon - Thurs and November - March.
I’ve booked what happens now?Once you have received your booking form, please check it for accuracy and let us know if there are any amendments needed. We will contact you 6 weeks before the wedding and ask you to review the details again and request the balance. The week of the wedding we will then send our suggested timings.
What are your opening hours?Viewings at the showroom are by appointment only, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. We are available most days from 9.30am to 6pm.
Can I have photos with the car?Yes, but please be mindful that the standard hire period is 4 hours. We do need to know prior to the wedding if you wish to go to a separate location for photos.
What happens if I cancel?If you cancel, the deposit is retained to cover administration costs. If you need to postpone the wedding and change to a different date then you can move the deposit to the new booking.
What information will you need from me if I book?We will need the date of the wedding, the pick up address, the ceremony and/or reception address, which vehicle(s) you require, how many people will be travelling, any children under 3, what colour ribbons and bows that you’d like.
Can I take luggage in the vehicles?This will depend on which vehicle you are hiring and how many people are travelling.
